Tapestry
is two women storytellers who use their respective faiths and cultural
heritages to foster cross-cultural understanding. B.J. Abraham
grew up as a Lebanese Christian in the Mississippi Delta and brings
into her stories many of the accents and characters with which she grew
up. Audrey Galex grew up along the Mississippi River in Illinois
and was immersed in stories of her Jewish heritage. B.J. and Audrey
have come together to create a tandem story that provides a model for
listening, peaceful coexistence and hope. Tapestry performances have
been described as humorous, moving and empowering.

Beatrice Lillies remarkable career spanned Broadway and London
musicals stages from 1917 to 1964, won her a Tony award and also included
co-starring in the film Thoroughly Modern Millie.
In a showcase performance hailed as an inspired evening to savor, Layne
Littlepage reincarnates the first lady of comedy.
Ms. Littlepage couldnt personify and embody Ms. Lillie any
